Landmark Middle School Modernization for Moreno Valley Unified School District
The first campus wide modernization for this nearly 35 year old campus was most overdue. A chance to transform dull finishes and dimly lit classrooms to bright inspiring spaces. We were grateful for the opportunity to make a generational impact to our future students.
Phase 1 Site Work: Remove and replace portion of existing fencing and turf to allow for new walkway for bus pickup and drop-off.
Phase 2 Site Work: Remove and replace portions of adjacent site pavement for accessibility; Classroom Building B: Complete remodel. Replaced all floor, wall, and ceiling fi nishes with new. New casework, marker boards, lighting, door hardware, public address system, fire alarm, electrical, data, insulation, and HVAC; Restroom Building J: Complete remodel. Replaced all floor, wall, and ceiling fi nishes with new. New plumbing fi xtures and accessories.
Phase 3 Site Work: Same is in Phase-2; Classroom Building C: Same as in Phase-2.
Phase 4 & 4A Site Work: Same is in Phase-2; Classroom Building F: Same as in Phase-2. In addition to converted central workroom into a shared lab classroom; Administration Building A: Complete fi re alarm and public address system upgrade.
Phase 5 Site Work: Same is in Phase-2; Classroom Building G: Same as in Phase-2. In addition to converting a home education classroom to a new lab and re-purposing their shop classroom to expand their dance studio; PE Building H: Complete fi re alarm and public address system upgrade.
Phase 6 Site Work: Same is in Phase-2; Classroom Building E: Same is in Phase-2.
Phase 7 Site Work: Same is in Phase-2; Classroom Building D: Same is in Phase-2.
