Pedro Jaramillo
Principal Architect

Pedro Jaramillo is a leader in every sense of the word.  Fun, engaging, and involved, he mentors staff through every level of project.  His repertoire includes extensive institutional and educational experience on projects both large and small.  Detail oriented, his exceptional abilities with computer graphics and physical scale models have been instrumental in visualizing dynamic environments to be enjoyed by future generations.

Pedro holds a Bachelor of architecture degree from Woodbury University and is a licensed Architect in the State of California.  His knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm anchor every firm effort and enhance every design team. 

Musically-oriented, Pedro supports efforts of the ML King High School Band Boosters.  When not practicing his superior drum skills, Pedro attends concerts to enjoy the retro sounds of some of the 60’s through the 80’s biggest rock bands.

Rick Arias
Principal Architect, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C

Rick has been a licensed California architect since 1993 and holds a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  

A versatile professional, having over 30 years of experience in designing non-prototypical, elementary schools from concept to construction as well as possessing experience in K-12 modernization, community college, university, retail, concrete tilt-up industrial, civic design as well as small-project Department of Defense work, all earned in his native Southern California.      

A “volunteer storyteller” (actor and playwright) at a live theater in Redlands, Rick is also a long-distance runner, home gardener and a long-time aquarist. Rick enjoys international travel, recently exploring his South American roots on trips to his parents’ native Colombia and Panama.

Rick and his wife, Tina, an elementary school counselor, have three grown children.

Senior Project Manager

Redlands architectural firm, with over 30 years of success specializing in educational work, is currently seeking an experienced project manager/architect for full time position who is interested in a long term relationship.

Ideal candidate will possess a great team oriented attitude and be energetic & self-motivated. Educational experience preferred. Must possess excellent graphic and verbal communication skills, project management capabilities, and be proficient in Revit 2016, AutoCAD 2016, and Microsoft Office Suite products at a minimum. Sketch Up, In Design and Rendering capabilities a plus.

Position includes responsibility for all aspects of project delivery from initial client programming and design, production of plans/specifications, plan review with state agencies, quality control, consultant coordination, and construction observation.
